The original property, as many existing houses, had no sense of privacy or security, with open drive, low walls
With ample street parking you don’t need a drive in facility so this open garden arrangement was modified
These houses had a bathroom and one extra toilet which took up the space of a small bathroom. By planning a new layout we were able to install a beautiful new power shower, basin and loo.
Also this horrible tile colour was throughout the house. At great expense we changed the whole of the house to white marble tiles.
Again the main bathroom was poorly planned with inferior fittings. We installed a mew bath and shower, repositioned the toilet and added a vanity unlit basin with extra wall cupboards
We took out the old bath and replaced with a new optimally sized one. All bathroom wall tiles were changed to match the white marble floor tiles and plaster moulding details added.
Additionally we added high external walls, railings and gates, as well as louvered aluminium windows for light control and extra security
